Description
1. INTRODUCTION Drafting this paper began from the premise that the native tourist organizations do not practice a correct management at the level of the human resources department, correlated with the managerial activities of the said department from other countries in the conditions of such a department becoming more and more relevant due to dynamic character of the economic structures and processes. Ensuring the success of the organization depends also on the performance of the human resources department. Through theoretic explanations in this field there has been developed a scientific algorithm for the management of the human resources department, algorithm that may constitute the markers for creating action strategies for every organization (Manolescu, 2004). In order to increase the efficiency of the management, the staff of the human resources department must form acquisition competences in the filed through the learning of the knowledge, through the assuming of roles and responsibilities so that these are functional and corresponding to the real specific roles of the organization (Nicolescu, 2004). For this research we have used different methods and techniques such as opinion polls, interviews, written documents, observations, with the purpose of evaluating attitudes, as well as the limits of the involvement for an efficient management. Future research will be targeted on the staff of the human resources department through the studying of attributing and assuming the roles with the purpose of establishing in what measure these are functional for the completion of an organizations objective.
